Dabid Tajan - Rope Technician

Dabid, or as the kids like to call him, "Rope Guy", is an all-round sportsman, and has made the great outdoors his office.  With his excellent communication skills and ability to relate to people of all ages, it is little wonder Dabid has spent the last 10 years training and facilitating outdoor programs.  Dabid also consults to outdoor adventure resorts across the Philippines on the rigging, safety and training of their rope courses.

Leland Pasion - Program Coordinator 

Barefootprint allows Leland to discover many ways to put his Psychology degree into practice in an al fresco classroom by developing custom-fit programs which engage all senses (and then some) of avid adventurers.  Leland rediscovered a passion for the Philippines following a backpacking trip to its various islands shortly after concluding an internship with an NGO overseas.  Since then, he has committed himself to local development through sustainable tourism and outdoor environmental education.

Leland finds relaxation in playing his guitar, listening to his records and running.  Also, more often than not, has his nose behind a book.

Cherie McCosker - Marketing / Facilitator 

Cherie is an avid environmentalist and humanitarian.  As such, she spends her days advocating for environmental sustainability, fair trade and sustainable travel.  Cherie has 8 years experience in business consulting, and 5 years experience in International Development.  Barefootprint allows Cherie to tie her passions and experience together, with an added bonus of allowing her to indulge in weekly silliness through facilitating the fun kid's activities.

Cherie loves to read, cook, play with her dog and explore the beautiful islands and cultures of the Philippines.
